Jim's System 

Since 2006, South East Louisiana has been provided protection from Storm Surges, Hurricane Surges, Building up the Coast Line, Saving Barrier Islands, Re-Building Marsh Lands, etc., and becoming a leader in all these areas to the world. But Politics and people in key positions has made sure that this system will never be built. Why? Because they know that this system will work. It is just that simple. These people have their own personal interest to gain from the current protection system in place. Anything that would change their circumstances they will stop. They say they are open and are looking for new ideas. And that is just what they do. Look and listen. If they can't gain from new ideas, they do nothing. And their ace in the hold is permits. Total control. Even if they know that this system will save lives, property, homes, business, etc. No matter. They continue doing what they do best. Give false hope of protection at the cost of public money. After all Congress has put these people in charge of our protection. And that is the problem. They do not want Congress to know of this system. After all that would expose them. And they will not stand for that. It's like a dog chasing its tail. You bring a idea to the Senator. The Senator gives the idea to one of their person in charge. That person is in control of this idea. They check with the current people in charge of flood protection. And if these people feel that they cannot profit from the idea, it's stop right there. That is how business goes on as usual. So Congress never will know that there is a completely different system that can accomplish all of the above protection mention at the beginning of the statement. One system can provide all and more. But these people have become wise in their own eyes and do not take responsibility for what they use for our protection. They take what they want and destroy what's in their way and Congress stands behind them. God makes things simple. Man makes things complicated to hide what he is doing. God's ways are so simple that a child can understand what He is doing. The system is very simple. It provides a solution for what the engineers has been knowing about for more than 50 years and cannot come up with a solution. Scientist at LSU, now are finally saying the same thing. That no matter what they do, it will not work. Why? Because it does not address the main problem. And that is the "Liquefied Zone". That is when water meets mud and turns mud into liquid. Along the waterways and coastlines salt water attacks at the bottom of the base of the mud and eats away and destroys land. That is "Salt Water Intrusion". This system corrects the main problem and stops this action in its track. Once this system is in place, then you can use material inside and behind this system to rebuild land. When someone said that "you can never rebuild our coastline the way it was", shows man's limited knowledge. This system comes from Almighty God. That's why it is so simple. Without the knowledge of God in them, they cannot see God's ways. They are so fearful of this system that they do not want to even study this system, much less build a small section of this system. Because they know that this will work and will be very cost effective. It would take a business with water front land to be protected by this system to protect their business. Then the media can do its job. Then the people in Congress can view their TV and see for themselves the protection this system offers.
