State and Federal Gov’t. Each State provides the labor
and machinery needed. That alone will create jobs
in each State. Build a little section at a time. Each State
provide what they can afford and the Federal Gov’t helps
as much as they can. Each State building a little can result
in a lot of work being done over a short period of time.
This System only needs to be approved by it’s inventor,
to be sure it is being built right. This System is so simple,
a child can understand it. This is a sure way to get started
very quickly. President Bush and President Obama never
saw this system. Why? Because of the Swamp. Mr. Trump,
there are Swamps all over the U.S. Not only in Washington.
The Washington way is to hire one large company to do
the job. That large company will hire family member, friend,
close friends, etc. This will not create jobs. This only makes
one group of people very rich. I am opposed to this. This is
part of the Swamp. This system will provide jobs for every
one willing to work. And, it won’t break the Gov’t. Everyone
will know what the others are doing. American people
working together as one nation to protect each other and
our Great America we are. But Mr. Trump, you will never
see this system. Why? Because of the Swamp people.
They don’t have to study this system. They don’t have
to design this system. And most important, they can’t make
a large profit off this system. All has been done. This
system is ready to be built right now, not months from now.
